Why is it free?
Kira Takip is a new product. We want to develop it together with its first users, and we do not charge during this period. When paid plans are introduced, plans and prices will be published on this page, including VAT.
What do the limits count?
- Unit: each flat, shop or independent section that can be leased. A single-unit property counts as one unit; archived units do not count.
- Owner: people with the owner role in the organization. Accountants do not count.
- Document storage: the total size of files uploaded to leases.
What happens when paid plans are introduced?
The organization's owners are told at least 30 days in advance by email and in the app; plans and prices are published on this page. Nothing is charged unless you subscribe, and every record you entered stays yours. If you do not want to continue, you can download all of your organization's data from Settings → Data and close the organization (terms of service, sections 8 and 9).
